Follow the steps below:

1. Go to PA Megan Blum’s My Catholic Doctor provider profile.
2. Click on the “See Now or Make Appointment” button.
3. Choose “New Patient” appointment type under “General.”
4. Select the best time and day that works for your schedule. Remember all appointments are conducted via Zoom telehealth.
5. Fill out your patient information.
6. Look for your appointment confirmation.
7. Before your appointment, record your weight, temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximeter reading, as able before your appointment.
8. For your appointment, log in to Zoom using the appointment link and PA Blum will assist you with your fertility, endocrine, and metabolic challenges.
